Buying Premium through GoPapa
Premium is a GoDaddy security or backup add-on sold through GoPapa. Malware scanning, WAF, or backup retention follow that SKU — it is not a custom firewall on this WordPress site.
Who this plan is for
Sites already on GoDaddy hosting (or a host that can use GoDaddy’s security agent) that want a named backup/security product instead of a random plugin.
Premium FAQ
Does this replace SSL?
No. Security suites and SSL certificates are different SKUs. You usually want HTTPS first.
Will it work on non-GoDaddy hosting?
Some agents are host-specific. Confirm the live product page in the portal before you buy for an outside server.
Who gets the alerts?
The GoDaddy account that owns the product. Checkout through our reseller link so that account is yours.
