This policy covers gopapareseller.com, the GoPapa Reseller storefront. GoPapa Reseller is an independent authorized GoDaddy reseller (partner ID 500766). The products are GoDaddy’s. Checkout, billing, and product support happen on GoDaddy’s secureserver.net, not on this website. This site does not take card numbers.
How to reach GoPapa
Use the chat bubble on this website, or the form on the contact page and at the bottom of the homepage. Those both go to the same GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) inbox. This page does not publish an email address or a street address.
Product support for something you already bought is GoDaddy reseller support at 480-624-2500. That number is GoDaddy’s.
Information this site collects
If you use the form, we receive the fields you submit. Today those fields are first name, last name, phone, and email, plus your choice on two text-message checkboxes. The form does not include a message box, so a domain list you want us to see has to go in the chat, or you can start the transfer yourself on GoDaddy’s cart.
The chat widget collects what you type there, plus the technical data the widget needs to deliver the conversation.
Domain search and transfer boxes on this site send the domain name to GoDaddy (secureserver.net, partner ID 500766). GoDaddy’s own privacy policy covers what happens after that.
The site and its vendors also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers.
Text messages
The form has two checkboxes. Neither is checked for you.
- Non-marketing texts from GoPapa Reseller about the service you asked about. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out.
- Marketing texts from GoPapa Reseller, including offers, discounts, and product updates. The same frequency, rate, HELP, and STOP terms apply.
Consent to texts is not required to buy a GoDaddy product. Buying happens on GoDaddy’s site.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
- Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-D53KFNB04L, loaded by Perfmatters after the first scroll, touch, or click.
- A Meta (Facebook) pixel may load with the chat or form scripts. It is used to measure visits.
- LeadConnector / GoHighLevel, for the form and the chat.
- Cloudflare, for the proxy, Turnstile on forms, and Web Analytics beacons on some pages. Cloudflare may set a cookie such as __cf_bm.
This site does not show a separate cookie banner. The tools above run as described. You can block cookies in your browser. You can also ask, through the chat, that we delete a form or chat submission we still have.
How submissions are used
GoPapa uses form and chat submissions to answer the question, follow up about a transfer or a plan, and send the texts you opted into. GoDaddy uses the checkout and domain-search data under GoDaddy’s policies. We do not sell a mailing list.
How long it is kept
Form and chat records stay in the GoHighLevel location until they are deleted. Ask through the chat if you want a submission deleted. GoDaddy keeps its own customer records.
