GoPapa Reseller does not charge your card and does not ship physical goods. Domains, hosting, email, SSL, and VPS are GoDaddy products. The charge appears from GoDaddy, Wild West Domains, or secureserver.net.

Who can refund a charge

Refunds, credits, and cancellations for those products are handled by GoDaddy under GoDaddy’s terms. A domain transfer also follows GoDaddy’s and ICANN’s transfer rules. A transfer adds a year of registration. It does not erase time you already paid for.

This website cannot reverse a GoDaddy charge. If you need a refund, use the GoDaddy account the product lives in, or call GoDaddy reseller support at 480-624-2500. That number is GoDaddy’s.

What GoPapa can do

If you are unsure which charge is which, use the chat bubble or the contact form and say which domain or plan you mean. We can point you to the GoDaddy account. We still cannot refund the charge from this site.
