Buying Online Storage Economy through GoPapa
Online Storage Economy is a GoDaddy mailbox / workspace product sold through GoPapa. The address is on your domain; webmail, calendar, and mobile sync are GoDaddy’s email stack.
Who this plan is for
Businesses that want [email protected] without standing up Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and who already live in the GoDaddy catalog.
Online Storage Economy FAQ
Do I need a domain at GoDaddy first?
The mailbox has to match a domain you control. Register or transfer the domain, then add the mailbox in the same reseller portal.
Is this Microsoft 365?
Only if the SKU name says so. Professional Email / Business Email are GoDaddy’s own mail products unless the title names Microsoft.
Can I keep mail if I move hosting?
Yes. DNS MX records point at the mail product, independent of where the website is hosted.
