Hosting on GoPapa is GoDaddy’s hosting catalog: cPanel, Plesk, and business shared plans, WordPress, VPS, and dedicated servers. cPanel Deluxe is the usual starting plan. The large VPS and dedicated machines are in this same list.
Use cPanel Deluxe for a normal site. Pick a VPS or a dedicated server when you need more RAM or a whole machine. The price on the card is the one to confirm in the live cart.
Shared/business are multi-tenant hosting. VPS is a slice of a server. Pick VPS when you need root, more RAM, or isolation. Most people on shared start with cPanel Deluxe.
Addon-domain limits are on the SKU. Read the live plan in the portal; older product titles on this site can lag GoDaddy’s current sheet.
